Squash Lessons and Clinics

Due to the middle school and high school squash season there is only availability for private lessons on the weekends.

Sessions:
Morning Session, 9AM - 12PM
Afternoon Session, 1PM - 4PM
Full day Session 9AM -4PM
(Full Day sessions: lunch is not provided but there is supervision from 12pm-1pm)

RCDS Squash Courts

Daily Activities include:
-Squash specific fitness and conditioning
-Tactics & technique/ Swing Mechanics
-Balance & Movement
-Squash specific games & drills
-Rules & refereeing
-Match video and reviewing
-Match play

Cost:
Morning or Afternoon Session $575
Full Day Session $1100
(Billing will be handled through the RCDS business office)
